A union made mesh back cap cut and sewn in Newark, New Jersey from brushed cotton chino twill, built on a six-panel low crown, the shape we call lowstyle with a breathable mesh back. It closes with a plastic strap snapback tab, so one order covers a whole team with no size breakdown to manage and nothing left over in the wrong sizes. This is a 6 panel trucker cap. The color treatment is alternating visor, front and back colors. Eyelets are embroidered, not metal. 21 stock color combinations are held, so the same style covers several programs without a new setup and a repeat order in another color needs no new artwork.
Decoration. Embroider the front, visor top, back, back arch, left side, right side, or the Velcro strap, at any stitch count up to 12,000 stitches and beyond.
